Customs/Duties

Also, be aware that you will be responsible for paying all customs and duties imposed by your country when your package arrives. Please contact your local Postal service/Customs office for more information before placing your order.

SPECIAL ORDER cannot be cancelled once we make your kilt to the measurements that you provided the day you placed your order. Once an order is placed with full payment, the Kilt prices stated will be those charged on completion and will not be subject to change.

All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items.

Merchandise Returns

All of our Kilts are made to the measurements that you provide and there for are SPECIAL ORDER merchandise.  We cannot accept returns on SPECIAL ORDER merchandise.

No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found to be manufacturer’s defective or not as ordered. Returns for any other reason will be charged a restocking fee of 35%.

Return authorization required

  • Email customer service at info@kargokilts.net and request an authorization Number and Return instructions.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, " PRIOR " to returning merchandise.
  • Receipt must accompany your return.
  • Merchandise must be in the original packaging and condition, package the returned items properly when shipping merchandise back to us.
  • Merchandise scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
  • " MARK AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PROMINENTLY ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE ", and send it prepaid only. " RETURNS SENT COLLECT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ".

All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit.

Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.

Kargo Kilts takes "NO" responsibility for any carrier damaged merchandise.

Shipping items to Kargo Kilts for service

Kargo Kilts shall not be liable for any items sent to Kargo Kilts for service while in transit through the mail or while in the possession of any other courier. Kargo Kilts will not be liable for damaged or lost items while in transit to or from the possession of Kargo Kilts. The consumer agrees to be liable for their items should they be lost, stolen, damaged while in transit through the mail or any other courier used to transport said items to or from Kargo Kilts. By placing an order and paying for Kargo Kilts services by check, money order or any other payment accepted by Kargo Kilts, the consumer understands and agrees to these terms and conditions and shall assume all liability for items while in transit to and from Kargo Kilts via the mail and or any other courier. I understand that Kargo Kilts is not responsible for the loss of any items due to an act of God or loss incurred while in the possession of a mail carrier or courier.

Damaged Shipments/Shortages

SIGN only for the number of packages received, indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the material. KEEP the shipping carton. HOLD the goods. NOTIFY us by Email info@kargokilts.net for instructions. Any DAMAGED goods or SHORTAGES MUST be reported with in 7 DAYS of date of invoice.
